1. I don't have a license, can I order online?
Answer: Yes you can. Your account will be general account instead of wholesale.
2. How much do I need to order to get Free Shipping?
Answer: We offer free shipping if you order $150 or more. Exclude liquids, big boxes weight over 10 lbs or dimensions over 10x10.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards, checks, money order, cashier checks. Amex is not accepted.
4. Do I pay tax if I'm not in Georgia?
Answer: No tax outside of Georgia. 6% tax will be applied for Georgia customers.
5. How long does it take to receive after I place the order?
Answer: We usually deliver by UPS which takes 3-5 business days.
6. I am a licensed technician, how do I apply for wholesale price?
Answer: After registered, send us your license to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can change your account to wholesale status.
7. Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Answer: Yes, you can place your order online. We will process and have it ready for pick up.
8. Do you have hair or other facial products?
Answer: Unfortunately we don't carry anything else besides Nails. We specialize in nail products only.
9. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Answer: We accept returns within 5 business days for unopened, unused, and in its original condition for exchanges only. Due to the nature of our products and safe sanitations, we can't accept returns that are used or opened.
10. How do I place the order?
Answer: You can order online, over the phone, or email us your list. We'll make sure someone have it ready for pick up or ship out.
