Frequently Asked Questions

1. I don't have a license, can I order online?

Answer: Yes, you can order through our online store. If you choose to pick up rather than ship, at the end of the check out process, you will have the option to pick-up at our store location.

2. How much do I need to order to get Free Shipping?

Answer: We offer free shipping if you order $150 or more.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept VISA, Discover, and Master credit cards; Amex is not accepted. We also accept Zelle. 

4. Do I pay tax if I'm not in Georgia?

Answer: No tax outside of Georgia. 6% tax will be applied for Georgia customers.

5. How long does it take to receive after I place the order?

Answer: We usually deliver by UPS or USPS, which takes 2-10 business days. 

6. I am a licensed technician, can I shop at the store?

Answer: Yes, we accept professional licenses associated with Cosmotology. You must register with your valid professional license right when you enter the store along with your driver's license.

7. Can I order online and pick up at the store?

Answer: Yes, you can place your order online. Once we process your order, you will be notified that your order is ready for pick up in-store. Please choose the payment option for "Pick Up Orders Only", we require you to pay in-store to minimize any problems and security purposes.

8. Do you have hair or other facial products?

Answer: Unfortunately, we don't carry anything else besides nail salon products.

9. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Answer: This is for online purchases only. We accept returns within 5 business days. Due to the nature of our products and safe sanitations, we can't accept returns that are used, opened, or not in its original condition. All exchanges MUST be accompanied by an original receipt. We reserve the right to REFUSE any exchanges. FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE=NO RETURN: electronics, liquids, powders, drill bits, brushes, cutting tools, nail enhancements.
You will be responsible to pay for shipping back and forth.

10. How do I place the order?

Answer: You can order online, over the phone, or email us your list. We'll make sure someone have it ready for pick up or ship out.

11. How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your product is completed to ship out, you will receive a tracking number via email. Another way you can track your order is through our website. In the upper right corner of the website under "My Account", there is a "Track My Order(s)" option. Enter in the Order ID # that was given to you when you completed your order; or you can enter your account email.
