1. Begin by plugging the adapter cord into the lamp's rear, then connect it to a power outlet. Switch the power on—the default time setting is 30 seconds, so remember to choose your desired time using the 5, 30, 60, and 90-second buttons below the screen. If you prefer a silent operation without beeping, simply press and hold the "3s" button to switch between tone and silent mode. Please note that this device is designed for use with plugins only and is not portable.

How to Use the Hand Plate

Our hand plate is designed with simplicity in mind. The flat plate serves as a guide for precise curing by positioning the hand correctly. When inserting the hand, locate the 5-finger stopper guide, featuring four finger grooves and a pad for secure thumb placement. Unlike our previous lamps, the finger stoppers seamlessly blend with the flat surface of the plate to ensure your client's comfort.

Cleaning Your OPI STAR LIGHT

One notable advantage of its grey finish is that it doesn't display dust, dirt, or imperfections like white or black designs. However, when cleaning is necessary, follow these steps: Between services, remove the hand plate, wash it, and allow it to dry. Afterward, spray the plate with an EPA registered cleaning solution on both sides and wipe it clean. When the lamp is unplugged and cool, use a disinfectant cloth or cleaning solution to wipe down both the interior and exterior, taking care to avoid the LED diodes.
