SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please expect 2-3 weeks before we can ship out pedicure chairs since we assemble and pack them in the USA if the pedicure chairs are in stock. Please note that the Pure II and Felicity Freeform pedicure chairs will take 6-8 weeks production time. Pre-orders for pedicure chairs will take around 6-8 weeks. Your order will be processed on a first-come, first, serve. If you would like to rush your order, please contact our staff for priority shipment. We can only offer estimated shipping dates. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the freight carrier and cannot guarantee the exact date and time of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to track and follow up with the freight company if the shipment is delayed. Freight shipments will be made curbside; ensure you have adequate help to transfer boxes inside your place of business or residence. DO NOT sign the delivery receipt until pallets and boxes have been counted and inspected for missing or damaged boxes, and note such on the delivery receipt before signing.
